Total War: WARHAMMER II (hereafter “Warhammer 2”) is the latest entry in the Total War series (big surprise there, huh?), a franchise based around managing vast campaigns and grand battles. With that covered, let’s get into things.
Whereas the first game was somewhat addictive to me, I found myself neglecting it a bit until the DLC came out in force With the sequel, I’ve skipped over quite a few self-imposed stopping points since it came out last Thursday. Let’s get this out of the way right now: If you don’t care about the specific races included in either game, Total War: WARHAMMER II is a straight-up better experience than its predecessor (which I already analyzed here).
